Aurora Borealis

Submitted by admin on Sunday, 20 December 2009No Comment

This spectacular, colorful drink should not be mixed or stirred. Leave it to swirl around the glass, creating a multihued effect and try to guess the various flavour.
To serve one, the basic ingredients include one measure iced grappa or vodka, one measure iced green Chartreuse, half measure iced orange Curacao, and a few drops iced cassis.
First of all, pour the grappa slowly round one side of a well-chilled shot glass. Then gently pour the Chartreuse round the other side. last but not least, pour the Curacao gently into the middle and add a few drops of cassis just before serving. Don’t stir. And drink slowly.
