Black Pepper Chicken
Black pepper chicken is a very popular Chinese dish with rich taste.
First of all, cut one chicken tight into small pieces. And then, mix it in soy sauce, dry starch and sugar well. Once the chicken has been soaked for more than 20 minutes, it will be ready to cook. Secondly, cut green pepper and onion into pieces and chop ginger and garlic finely. Thirdly, fry the ginger and garlic in boiling oil first. Then add chicken and rice wine in and fry it for about 3 minutes over medium heat. Fourthly, move the dish into a pot and add in some black pepper. Boil the dish for 15 minutes until the sauce dry up. Fifthly, add green peppers into the pot and boil it over small fire for another two minutes. Last but not least, put some salt, sesame oil and black pepper in before serving.
