German Wine Festival 2010
The German wine festival is back to Birmingham again for the 5th year, running from August 16th to August 27th, from 11am – 10pm daily.
The festival will be serving red, white as well as sparkling wines from 13 wine growing regions in Germany. It will provide wine lovers a great opportunity to get familiar with the process of winemaking and the varieties of wine stems and grapes. Meanwhile, there will also be food stalls serving barbecued German sausages along with traditional accompaniments such as sauerkraut and mustard.
The festival will offer people the open air seating in Victoria Square. Beside the tasty wine, people could also enjoy great music and traditional German fare in the fest.
