Healthy Eating Tips—Seafood

Submitted by admin on Monday, 20 April 2009No Comment

Seafoods include fish and shellfish. It is the favorite dish of a lot of peopole.
Nutritionists, dietitians, and health and food educators have known for years that seafood is a nutrient-dense, high-protein food. It’s generally low in calories and total fat–the fat that is found in seafood is rich in polyunsaturates. Oil-rich seafood is also the best natural source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are proven to help maintain heart health.
Eating two portions of seafood a week is a great way of keeping healthy.
