Instant Photography Culture

Submitted by admin on Thursday, 26 March 2009No Comment

In Japan and other parts of Asia Instant photography is increasingly regaining some of the popularity that was usurped by digital, especially among teenagers and young women.
However, Fuji instant cameras use improvements made to the Polaroid process that were invented by Kodak and then Polaroid sued Kodak successfully for patent violation over. As a result, the Fuji Instax cannot be bought in the US. But the Lomography can probably be got around this regulation as they’re based in Europe and eBay is always there.
With Polaroid permanently ceasing production of all instant cameras and film now, this situation may change.
