Lose Weight While Sleeping
Usually, it is thought that weight loss requires hard work. However, according to a recent test, women can lose weight just by making over their sleeping habits. It works in three ways.
1. Sleep More, Eat Less
Science shows that sleep seprivation wreaks havoc on the hormones that control appetite, cravings and the metabolism of fat. It is called as sleep-weight connection.
2. Sleep More, Store Less Fat
Besides, during sleep, people’s brain excretes a large amount of growth hormone, which tells the body how to break down fat or fuel. Deprive the body of deep sleep, and when extra calories get stored as fat, there isn’t enough growth hormone to break it down, so the body takes a shortcut and packs it away on your butt, thighs, belly, wherever you tend to put on weight.
3. Sleep More, Have more Energy
People’s perception of whether exercise is hard or easy is directly affected by how sleep-deprived they are. The more sleep people have, the more energy they have to spend on gym.
