Pork soup cooked with American ginsen can be a good choice of dish that helps to burst one with energy. To make this soup, the procedure is quite simple.
600g lean pork or pork shin, 23g American ginseng, 38g Chinese yam, 38g shelled dried longansare the basic ingredients.
First of all, scald the pork and drain well. Set it aside for future use. Then, boil water and put all ingredients in. Boil them over high heat for about 10 minutes before switching to medium low heat and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Season the soup with salt before serve.
