The 2008 computer-animated science fiction comedy film was directed by Kirk De Micco, with Andy Samberg, Cheryl Hines, and Jeff Daniels, produced by Vanguard Animation, Starz Media and 20th Century Fox.
It tells a story about a fun-loving astronaut chimps, who is blasted off into space by an opportunity-seeking senator. Then he and his friends succeeded in saving the peaceful inhabitants of a distant planet from the evil dictator and flied back to earth.
It is a funny intergalactic comedy, good for children’s night entertainment.
